Patient Resources Scheduling

Please call us if you need to set or reschedule an appointment with Outpatient Services or any of our other programs.

Wellspan Philhaven scheduling is handled through our Central Scheduling Office which can be reached at 1-800-459-7497. This includes ALL outpatient therapy services at ALL locations except the two listed below.

  • For the Center for Autism & Developmental Disabilities, call 717-735-1920.
  • For Lancaster Area Psychiatric Services, scheduling is handled solely through MH/MR Early Intervention Utilization Management case manager. Contact your case manager directly, or for a new client, call Lebanon MH/MR at (717) 274-3415 or Lancaster MH/MR at (717) 393-0421.
