Psychology Resident Positions Offered, WellSpan Philhaven

WellSpan Philhaven, a psychiatric hospital-based organization in southcentral Pennsylvania affiliated with WellSpan Health, is offering five full-time, one-year post-doctoral positions for the 2017-18 year. While job duties will vary to some extent by position, 65-70% of the position will be associated with clinical service delivery in settings such as outpatient, inpatient, etc. In addition, 20-25% of the position will be allotted for additional professional roles including consultation and administrative projects. The remaining 10% of the position will be spent in supervision and other training activities.

Opportunities are available depending on applicant interest and expertise. Applicants are asked to specify interest in adult and/or child/adolescent populations. Additional areas of focus could include: serious and persistent mental illness, trauma treatment, substance use disorders, specialty medical services, services for autism spectrum clients, etc. Psychology Resident candidates should be on schedule to complete their doctoral degree by start date. Preferred start date is August 28, 2016, but alternative dates may be considered.
