Our morning group is a psychotherapy group that relies on participation of the members in talking about their own thoughts, feelings and experiences, both in reaction to events within the group and also unique experiences they are experiencing right now. This group is an opportunity to develop new ways of relating to their environment through experience and practice.
Our afternoon group is different in focus, providing new information and the opportunity to practice new skills. Topics cover many different areas of mental health, including skills to cope with mood, relationships and stress. These groups are the only part of our treatment that is not available to individuals who do not stay at the Green Pasture residence.
