May is Mental Health Awareness Month

Beginning in 1949, Mental Health Awareness Month became an official observance each May across the United States. Millions of Americans struggle with mental health concerns each year, facing the challenges of accessing care and the associated stigma.

As a leader in behavioral health care, WellSpan Philhaven is promoting Mental Health Awareness Month and encouraging others to do the same. On this page you will find resources that anyone can use to improve their mental health resiliency in day-to-day life.
