A lovely scenic drive from Lancaster and just ten minutes from Lebanon, this tranquil rural setting will provide your team the opportunity to shut out distractions and focus on the task at hand. Our newly constructed state-of-the-art, 9,000 square foot building features room choices for groups of many sizes and tasks. Easy parking, a 20-user computer lab, and our exceptionally helpful staff will make your experience truly memorable.

Guidelines For Use

Philhaven welcomes use of our Training & Community Center by companies, organizations and groups whose purposes are not incompatible with the mission of Philhaven and who are committed to following the guidelines. Activities of Philhaven will have first priority for space.

Restrictions & Expectations

  • Smoking: Philhaven's campus and facilities are tobacco-free.
  • Alcohol and other Controlled Substances: These are prohibited from Philhaven's campus and facilities.
  • Pets: Only animals used for human assistance are permitted in the facility.
  • Care of Property: Users are expected to be a good steward of Philhaven's property. User Organizers agree to supervise activities to ensure appropriate conduct of participants while on Philhaven's campus. Any damages to property or persons will be the responsibility of the User.
  • Food Services: Food services are available from Philhaven and/or a Philhaven-approved caterer. The Center's kitchen is not available to other food providers.
  • Charges: Published prices for the use of the facilities are for use during regular business hours. The User will pay additional costs for use evenings and weekends.
  • Limitations: Additional charges may apply for Maintenance and Housekeeping services for evening and weekend use of the facility.
